• 4 ounces dark chocolate
• 2 cups whole milk
• 1 rounded teaspoon brown sugar
• Pinch of salt
Chop chocolate into small pieces and set aside. Place milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat, stirring to avoid scorching. When mixture begins to bubble around the edges, whisk in chocolate until mixture is smooth. Pour into cups and top with marshmallows.
