Bacon-Wrapped French Fries

  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 1 pound bacon
  • Salt, to taste

Cut bacon strips into quarters (4 short strips from each piece). Wrap strips around fries and place on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Bake 15 minutes or until potatoes feel soft. Switch oven to broil and broil fries until tops get crispy. Season with salt and serve. Makes 4 servings.
