Dr. Beau Gedrick grew up in Clinton, IN, and attended Butler University, where he played football but retired due to a neck injury. Dr. Gedrick attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
In 2016, he came to the Medical College of Georgia, where he held the position of associate professor in both the emergency department and sports medicine department, working as one of the team physicians for the Augusta GreenJackets, Augusta University Jaguars, and multiple area high schools.
After all his time in the healthcare industry, Dr. Beau Gedrick wanted to do medicine differently. His research has shown that patient care drastically improves on a membership-based healthcare model. With his wife, Dr. Brooke Gedrick, he decided to open Flex Health in 2023.
With accessible membership options, flexible payment plans, and continuous support resources, Flex Health makes top-tier, comprehensive care available to all who seek an empowering healthcare experience.
Dr. Beau also founded the Flex Sports Foundation in 2023 to help CSRA’s underserved athletes. With his private health clinic in Evans and the Flex Sports Foundation, Dr. Beau Gedrick aims to improve healthcare for patients and doctors.
