As co-owner and CEO of Bravo Air, Pamela Davison of Appling leads with a grounded, people-first approach shaped by experience and a strong sense of responsibility.
Before entering aviation, Pamela spent nearly 30 years in corporate pharma. While successful, she felt drawn towards something more aligned, a life with greater autonomy and impact. That shift led her into aviation, an industry she did not come from, but stepped into with conviction.
“I didn’t have a blueprint,” she says. “But I trusted I could figure it out.”
That belief was tested early. Within the first few months of leading Bravo Air, Pamela faced unexpected challenges that would have caused many to walk away. Instead, she chose to stay, grounded in a belief in her team and the culture she was committed to building.
Pamela has taken a hands-on approach to learning the business while building a high-performing team focused on safety and service. Since January 2025, the company, the only private air charter service based at Augusta Regional Airport, has grown by 77%.
“I didn’t come from aviation,” she says. “But I know how to lead and build high-performing teams. We’re carrying people’s lives for a living, and I take that very seriously.”
At the core of it all is a leadership philosophy rooted in trust, accountability, and respect. “You don’t need to have everything figured out to take the next step,” Pamela says. “You just need to believe you’re capable of figuring it out.”
Bravo Air’s on-demand model serves clients across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean, with plans to expand to eight aircraft and additional services by the end of 2026.
