As co-founder of KATALIS, a leadership consultancy company, Wendy Perry is dedicated to helping business leaders prosper. However, the retired U.S. Army senior nurse executive has had plenty of success of her own.
In 2025, Wendy was named Businesswoman of the Year by the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce. “After retiring from the Army, I had a desire to serve our community,” she says. “It’s incredibly rewarding to be recognized for things I’ve accomplished beyond my military career.”
In addition, Wendy and her husband, Mike, the CEO of KATALIS, are embarking on a new venture. The couple has joined the NFL Ministry of Athletes in Action to serve as chaplains for a professional football team. They will counsel and lead small group Bible studies for team players, coaches, administrators, individuals and their spouses and partners.
“We will embrace them where they are,” Wendy says. “We have a heart to serve.”
A team of partners, united in prayer and financial generosity, makes it possible for us to answer God’s call on our lives.
