- 3 cups spinach
- 3 cups arugula
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup candied pecans
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
Dressing:
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Crave Spices Herb is the Word
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
Add spinach and arugula to a large bowl, then add remaining toppings. Add dressing ingredients to a jar and shake. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Enjoy this salad right away to prevent it from getting soggy.
